Course Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support email.

  • Requests received before course commencement may be eligible for partial or full refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of duplicate payment or course cancellation before start date.

  • No refund will be provided once the course has started or materials have been accessed.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Non-attendance or incomplete participation.

  • Fees paid for already accessed services.
