Requests received before course commencement may be eligible for partial or full refund.
Refunds are applicable only in case of duplicate payment or course cancellation before start date.
No refund will be provided once the course has started or materials have been accessed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-attendance or incomplete participation.
